We begin with a 30-minute complimentary consultation to talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to achieve. This is our chance to see if we’re a good fit, and for you to ask any questions about the coaching process.
2. Mapping the Path Forward:
Action + Insight
Our first sessions focus on clarifying your priorities and understanding the patterns that have been holding you back or slowing your progress. We’ll set clear, achievable goals while also exploring the deeper dynamics — the “why” beneath the “what.”
3. Focused Coaching Sessions:
Tools + Strategies + Depth
Each session is a balance of practical problem-solving and deeper reflection. You’ll leave with concrete actions to take, but also with a better understanding of yourself and the patterns that influence your choices. Depending on your needs, we might work on:
